Acupuncture

Cupping
Cupping is a manual therapy that is used to achieve therapeutic results. Cupping increases blood circulation, relieves muscular pain and muscle tension, increases muscle recovery speed, promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, releases toxins from the body, and improves immune system function.
Gua Sha
Gua sha is a scraping technique using water buffalo bone tool, porcelain spoon, jade, obsidian or quartz tools to increase blood circulation producing an anti-inflammatory effect. It is effective for acute and chronic pain and for conditions such as colds and respiratory conditions. Gua sha resolves spasms and pain, and promotes normal circulation to the muscles, tissues and organs directly beneath the area that is treated.

Chinese Medicine nutrition therapy utilizes food as medicine to improve health. Eating with the seasons and according to the patient’s pattern diagnosis helps us create individualized recommendations that will bring wellbeing and balance in your digestive system.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a thermal stimulation therapy that affects superficially and deep into the muscles. It involves the burning of an herb called Ai Ye or Mugwort directly or indirectly on the skin. Moxibustion promotes Qi and Blood circulation in the meridians, reduces inflammation, expels cold, alleviates pain, warms the womb, turns a breech baby to head down position.
Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of locomotor soft tissue to reduce pain and dysfunction. Restoring structural balance throughout the body that allows focus on both prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
