This empowering, 5 week workshop, is all about reconnecting with your foundation, so you can feel stronger and more balanced. It is designed to figure out which sides of your glutes and core muscles are weaker, and which muscles in your upper legs are tighter.

All of these areas connect to your pelvic floor!

If they are out of balance, then our pelvic floor is out of balance. You will then learn how to strengthen your weak sides to create harmony in your body.

These classes are for everyone and a great way to build real strength where you need it most.
